As of May 25, 2018, all companies processing personal data must have their operations aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR specifies 6 basic principles with which every personal data processing organisation is required to comply. The 'obligation of accountability' (one of the 6 principles) prescribes the mandatory ability for any organisation to produce evidence of compliance upon request.
Customers become increasingly vocal, privacy and GDPR are 'hot', and organisations are under a magnifying glass. Many companies process more privacy-sensitive data than they realise, and this data is often spread across multiple systems. We help you identify, report and anonymise (if so required) or delete said data, and provide evidenciary documentation of all steps.
